I’ve been very pleased with the mosquito control service from TruGreen. I’ve noticed a definite reduction in the number of mosquitoes around my property, which has made spending time outside much more enjoyable.
That said, I do think there is some major room for improvement when it comes to customer support. In some situations, I feel like customers could benefit from having things explained more thoroughly and having a better understanding of what happened and why.
One thing I do really appreciate is how TruGreen handles problems with the actual service. If there is an issue, they are quick to schedule a technician to come back out and redo the service, or they will have a local manager come out personally to speak with you and address the concern. That level of follow-up goes a long way.
Overall, I’ve been happy with the mosquito control results and appreciate that the local team is willing to make things right when there is an issue. I’d just like to see the customer support side provide a little more communication and explanation.
