I have used Risks affordable heating and cooling in the past for work at my rental properties. When my furnace puked out last week, he was the first guy I called. They arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed that my furnace had indeed given up the ghost. . They came out and installed a new furnace the next day and we are back in business. Prompt, and professional.
Rick has serviced our HVAC system multiple times and always provides quality work and an honest price. I highly recommend him for anyone needing their furnace and A/C services in any capacity.
Our furnace went down early on a Sunday morning. I saw other reviews saying Rick’s answered quickly on a Sunday morning. Gave them a call and a person answered right away, saying they would be out in less than an hour.True to their word, they were here in about 45 minutes and had us up and running pretty quick. Very courteous and had everything cleaned up when they left. Highly recommend and will call them again with any issues!
