Our air went out on Friday and Rick’s was the only place we could get ahold of on a Friday afternoon. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful with scheduling. They came out Monday and fixed the blower motor no problem! Aaron was great and gave me options when it came to fixing the furnace versus just motor replacement. Didn’t feel pressured to overpay for stuff and he was very upfront with the pricing. Would recommend to anyone!
Rick personally came out within an hour of our initial call. He was able to quickly diagnose and replace the blown fuse on our AC unit. We’ll definitely be reaching out for any further HVAC needs!
My furnace stop working when it was very cold out I called Rick's Affordable heating and cooling they sent out Ted to service my furnace he was very pleasant and helpful I decided to replace my furnace Dylan and Christian show up to install the new one they were very polite and answered any questions I had Then Jacob came and cleaned the air ducks he did a fantastic job and Justin came to make sure everything was good to go before the summer season I highly recommend this company they have a awesome fantastic team thank you all I am enjoying my new furnace and central air 😀 Bev Auxier
