Kelsey Dyer has been unbelievably helpful as my pelvic health PT both before and after my first birth this past November! She is extremely knowledgeable on research in the field, and provides expert recommendation on everything from labor prep, pushing mechanics, and pelvic floor recovery. She has been instrumental in helping decrease the fears coming from unknowns with a first pregnancy, and provided countless resources as well as do-able home exercises that I could keep up with. I don’t usually post public reviews, but the experience I had with therapist Karen was exceptional. The information and education she gave to me has been life changing. I was hesitant to meet with her because I didn’t know what to expect. Talking with Karen was easy and enjoyable. What she taught has been such a help with not only pelvic floor issues, but also for IBS-related problems. I cannot believe how much better I feel after applying simple techniques. Don’t let your fear of the unknown keep you from learning how to improve a bothersome problem.
