Monday 02/18/25 I had a fantastic experience with Champion Replacement of Toledo, particularly with their employee, Todd Yates. This company cares about the quality of their products and want to make sure that their customers are well taken care and have a positive experience. My appointment with Todd was at 6pm and he took the time to make sure to cover all the questions that my husband & I had as well as assisted with financing. When I am ready to have my home improvement completed, I will most assuredly reach out to Todd Y at Champion!
Todd Yates helped us find the right options to upgrade our enclosed porch to a 3-seasons and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Todd was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different options available to find the perfect setup for our needs.
We just ordered our new entry door and storm. We are excited for it to come. Our representative, Todd Yates, explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He wanted to make sure things that were important to us were the same qualities that this company promotes. I loved how knowledgeable about the product he was and even had a demo of what the door would look like for a visual instead of just pictures in a catalog.
