My sales representative Todd was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and knew exactly what I wanted to do. No high pressure at all. I wanted a good warranty. I got it. I wanted energy efficiency. I got it. When I said I wanted a company that will say what they are going to do and do what they're going to say. He sold me. Tired of working with companies that can't guarantee their work, show up to the works site when they say they will. In a few weeks I will have new energy efficient windows. I am very excited about new windows I've need them ever since I moved in here 7 years ago. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ??

Rob came into our home with a great attitude and I was very impressed with the way he composed himself and explained the differences in the manufacturing processes that set Champion apart from some of the other manufacturers. Todd was amazing! Very thorough. He took time to explain everything to us and he went above and beyond. I am looking forward to having our doors installed next! This is an amazing company!
