We recently had carpet installed by Carpets by Otto. It was a project we kept putting off because we thought it would be so much work for us. In reality, the whole process was very easy! From our salesman Scott who explained the whole process, and especially the two installers Ryan and Ryan. They carpeted three bedrooms upstairs along with the hallway and steps AND moved all the furniture and finished in ONE day. They did an awesome job and we love the carpet! Thanks so much!!
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this team. Initially we sought carpets by Otto simply because they are contracted out through Costco. After our experience, I will always look to them for any flooring needs.
Our initial salesman left the team the day before our appointment for measurements. Scott S. Jumped right in and saved us! He managed to come out the next day, maintaining our original appointment, and was highly professional. Scott’s decades of experience were notable in everything he did for us.
