If I could give zero stars, I would. Staff ignores emails and calls. Had to switch insurance agents last year just to make sure my insurance wouldn’t lapse because they didn’t respond to me. Their management of my HOA is atrocious and they are not transparent about costs or budgets. I have no idea what they actually do to earn their fees. The lack of customer service is shocking. Scared to see how they would handle investment accounts. Beware.
