Stephen the sales rep was great for our shower remodel consult! He arrived on time even with the snowy weather. He walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. Everything was straightforward and he even provided comparison quotes from other companies. We are excited to see the end product!

Our recent installation of a walk-in shower and bathroom flooring was amazing. I would rate our installer, Johnny, as a 10+ on a scale of 1-10. He was on time, very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and went right to work when he arrived. The job was finished in 2 days as promised. We are extremely pleased with the work done by Baths-R-Us and we highly recommend them.
