With my recent knee replacement, I have had PT with this great team of professionals. I have worked with Lisa, Eric, Kathy and Beth. Each one of them brought their skills and enthusiasm to their sessions that helped me get through this recovery process. Thank you to APT!
I have had the best outcome at Alternative Physical Therapy! I have done therapy many times before at different places with feeling little or no better than before I started. Alternative Physical Therapy has improved my life 100 percent !! The people are so friendly they take time and truly listen to you and develop a plan that is suited to your needs. It was a very personal experience they don’t just give you a set of exercises and leave to treat somebody else and then come back to give you another set of exercises to do. I started sessions at Alternative Physical Therapy a month ago. I was having lots of pain with a bad knee and serious balance issues.I am a woman in her early 70s and my quality of life was suffering.I had been to physical therapy before at a large facility. I never felt comfortable or had much improvement.Alternative Physical therapy was recommended to me by my neighbor, a fellow client.What a difference! In the short period of time, I have little pain in my knee. My balance is 95% better and I am sleeping better at night.The therapist individualized the plan for me.
