Jim helped my husband and I build a sunroom, hot tub deck and patio off of our newly built house in Perry. Jim made sure to understand exactly what we wanted and made our dream a reality! This build happened during Covid, so we had challenges with supplies: especially the particular windows we wanted. He uses quality Amish carpenters. We absolutely love our addition!
We hired Jim and his team to tear down a solarium in our home that was hot in the summer and cold in the winter and leaked in places. We had recently bought our house just last year and found the room for any use we wanted, as not really usable. We decided to make a room with walls and windows in place of it. Jim explained to us clearly what the procedure would be. I designed the room to what I wanted and he had it drawn up and we began there.
