We set an appointment but I believe they take walk ins as well. It's really nice inside and they also do nails and have pedicure chairs which looked super clean and comfortable. “Without having a appointment, they were able to squeeze me in for a haircut. This was my first time. Brooke cut my hair and did a great job! This is honestly the best cut I've ever gotten. I was a bit skeptical walking out as she washed, cut it but didn't style as I would do. So I couldn't tell what it actually looked like. And I gave the impression I hated it.
