Hey friends! We bought our house almost two years ago and have a ventless propane log insert in our fireplace. Propane is quite costly to operate so we wanted to have an inspection done to see if we could burn wood in the fireplace. A-1 All American Chimney & Duct Cleaning is right around the corner from us so I figured it was a great start. I called to schedule the inspection a couple days ago and found out they are 2 months out. It is the season. They put me on a wait list. Today they called and had an opening so I took it. How are people not reviewing this amazing company? They are so backed up with work, they were unable to show up for 4 weeks for our condo association, but that was OKAY! Two reps came out and assessed all chimneys, inside and out, and gave us a quote right away for each unit. The representatives were polite, knowledgable, respectful, and honest. We work with contractors on at least a daily basis, work closely with the city building department in order to abide by our state building codes. These guys do the same and follow code to the letter. When it comes to fireplaces, you do not mess around. This is our chimney company. They cost a bit more, you might wait awhile for them to get to you, but once they do, be prepared to be impressed. Came recommended by a friend and so glad we called. Excellent company in all areas. Prompt return of phone calls and they were great at fitting us into their current busy schedule. Ron & Dave were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in their inspection/cleaning of our wood burner/chimney. This is the 3rd company we have used and by far did the most thorough job. We will definitely call them back each year going forward.
