We love Shane ! -
after 5 weeks of well water problems- as in no water - AND waiting on 4 different companies to show up. (They kept say they would come out and repair our problem: they would come, look, give us dates they were coming but Never Showed - and didn’t return our calls!)
Shane (valley well and pump services) was the only person who came out- discussed the problem- told us his action plan - and worked from 1 pm until 10:30 installing a new pipe line and getting our water running again !!!

They were exceptional. I can't say enough good things about the company. Our pump went out at 5pm and they came at 7pm and stayed until the job was complete at 11pm. Wonderful service. Answered all our d*** questions, didn't try to over sell - gave us just what we needed. I hope this pump lasts as long as the last one but, if not, I would call them again, no question.
