I have used C Lee plumbing twice now. Both times I was lucky enough to have Tim as our technician. He is professional and courteous. For both jobs he was onto time (even called to come early for the 2nd job) wi-Fi and then you’ll get a thing and then at the very bottom they’ll be two guest. The job was completed and the area was left cleaner than before he arrived. Shout out to the office staff, the schedulers/receptionists are great and knowledgeable. This is the only plumbing company I will use.
Timothy was a fabulous technician. I had a unique situation downstairs where rats are entering my basement thru the drains. Tim troubleshooted, was kind and gave me several options including his honest opinion.
He secured my drains and subpump and was quick and efficient. I will be calling this company again for any other plumbing issues I may have.
The team came the first day to initially unclog my kitchen sink, and they assessed my issues, which included very slow drainage in my tub and the twin sinks. They found very old and corroded valves and turn off valves and other issues. Original fixtures fro. The 50s
Showed me 3 options, fixed the sink issue that day. I think it was Mike who came back at scheduled appointment and was here all day but got it done. He was great, professional and cleaned up. So far I'm pleaded, just wasn't expecting how much it costs.
