Schlatter's is a new contractor for my HVAC system. They were in a word: outstanding. They showed up on time - every time. They give me pricing to make decisions before the work was done. They are excellent communicators, explaining the work to be done in a non-technical way to understand what needed to be done and why. Mason is an excellent service technician. Its hard to explain how, but he just convinced me by his manner that I was not being oversold on work I barely understand. I rarely ever leave reviews, but if you need a plumbing/heating contractor in NW Ohio - call these guys.
