TruConcepts/Jeff Cramblitt is top notch. All calls were returned promptly, all questions answered in detail, the new roof was completed in one day!! Jeff oversaw the project to ensure my roof turned out perfect. He even called to make sure no additional interim repair needed to be completed before my roof replacement took place, after a severe storm - asking for pictures to make certain I wouldn't experience interior damage. Jeff inspected the roof thoroughly once completed.
The clean up was perfect and my landscaping intact.

Jeff and his team at True Concepts helped my business with an emergency roof repair and replacement, as well as a few side projects since then. They are always extremely responsive, efficient in their work, and sensitive to the needs of their customers. The nature of our business severely limits the hours during which work can occur, and Jeff’s team worked extremely hard to schedule around our needs. I would recommend them without hesitation.
