Sam went well above and beyond our agreement and kept his word throughout.

We initially expected a few hour project, which turned into 2 days due to an issue the city was liable for. The water co. sent 3 teams over the course of 2 days to finally repair their valve, and Remnant was able to then repair a foundation water line leak within an hour.

He was knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and solution oriented. Even though he ended up being here 2 days in 100 degree heat and waiting on the city, he stuck to his word and our contract and didn't ask for additional money.

We had an underground water leak that needed to be repaired within 14 days from when the water company inspected. I contacted a few companies for quotes and fortunately I found Remnant Utilities. Sam, the owner, responded immediately and the job was completed within days. Their pricing, professionalism, honesty and experience can’t be beat. The clean up after was amazing. I certainly would recommend this company!!!!
