Foolishly, we hired another company before finding Elite. After making our hornet invasion worse, we called Elite Pest & Termite control. They sent someone Asap and within the hour, had removed an enormous hornets nest that had burrowed its way into our basement ceiling insulation- where our kids playroom is. There were hundreds and they got them all! They cleaned everything. They stayed outside, inside and sleepy exterior webs, etc. The guys explained everything they used and everything they did. 100% recommend. Couldn't have asked for better service and better results.
