Downey did an AMAZING job with our carpets. Kevin was on time, courteous, thorough, and efficient. We have two large dogs and a toddler and the carpets were definitely showing it. By the time he was done, the carpets looked SO much better.

Excellent communication from start to finish—starting with quick email responses, followed by an easy phone call to schedule. I especially appreciated the text confirmations and friendly reminders.
The Downey’s arrived right on time, were thoroughly professional, and left our carpets looking absolutely amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be calling them again!
Mr. Downey and his son, Kevin, were outstanding to work with! Not only did I receive a call after booking the service to ensure I was prepared for their visit, they walked through each room upon arrival and completion to let me know what they would and did do in each room. I even have a call scheduled tomorrow to follow up about the service! It was white glove service from start to finish. My carpets look and smell great and I am very happy. They were professional, thorough, and very prepared for dealing with with any situation. I would highly recommended Downey's Carpet Care!
