I can't thank Mr Vitaliy and his crew enough.....Being disabled and alone, my yard was overgrown very badly, now thanks to them, everything has been cleaned up, and they did an outstanding job! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody who wants a new landscape :-) Mine is now low to no maintenance for me, and in my condition, that is a blessing in itself! GOD BLESS you Mr Vitaliy and your family and crew...you really are amazing people! :-)) Looking forward to future endeavors!

Great experience working with Vitaliy and his team. They helped to re-grade large portions of the lawn and re-seed, removed a small water feature, and generally helped clean up lots of areas where weeds had overtaken the lawn. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and solid work. Highly recommend!

Landlord LLC was fantastic! They returned my call and worked with my tricky work schedule to meet. I recently moved to a new home and needed some nicer more manageable landscaping and help with drainage issues.They removed several large bushes, a ton of white rocks, built up dirt in the backyard, installed window wells, and planted grass seed. They were even kind enough to take some of the rocks over to a couple of my neighbors yards that wanted them.Vitaliy walked me through all my options. He was very informative and not pushy at all. The end result looks so nice. They were professional and quick. I will definately call Landlord for future projects.Services: Grass seeding
