After reaching out to several landscape companies for a quote to fully remake our overgrown bushes without any response, I resorted to an on-line search and ran across Landlord, LLC landscaping in Parma Heights. Note that we are in the Medina area. I was intrigued by the equipment capabilities and array of services listed which seemed to be a good fit for what we were needing for our particular job. It was apparent from the many positive reviews on line that we would be in good hands with Landlord, LLC. One call to Vitally (440.533.5263) , the owner resulted in a quick response to set up a meeting. Vitally arrived at the appointed time and we did a walk through where the needs were outlined and mapped out. Consideration for removal and replacement of the outdated shrubs (16), lowering the beds, reworking/cleaning the beds and our stacked stone that had shifted. Edging and a substantial amount of mulching was requested. We agreed that replacement plants (Shrubs and grasses) would be sourced and planted by Landlord, LLC. A proposal was worked up on our premises quickly and after a review of the pricing which was lower than our expectation we agreed to award the job to Vitally and his capable team. We mutually agreed on what replacement plants would be and what location each would have on the map of our property. The job was done in stages, with the shrub removal on the first day. All 16 shrubs, including our 9 foot tall Blue Spruce bush were mechanically removed (impressive!). Bed prep was covered and planting and mulching were handled on the next couple of days. The work was detailed and meticulously executed by Landlord's knowledgable crew. Our property was cleaned during and at the end of each work day. The results were a happy customer, and a product that will be able to be maintained and look good for years to come. I highly recommend Landlord, LLC if you need landscaping, or any array of services listed on their website. This company works hard with attention to detail and at an extremely fair price.
