“I've been working with Dr. Smith for about 2 months now on a lower back and glut/Piriformis muscle issues I got from some of my workouts at the gym and not having a proper bed to sleep on to fully recover my muscles. He was able to figure out the main issue I was having and put me through a weekly check in with deep massages to loosen the muscle and relax my piriformis.
