We recently had Cannon-Catavolos Funeral Home in Parma Heights host my mother's funeral services. From start to finish they did an amazing job. We met with the funeral home director, Lindsey, to plan and view their site which was very nice and inviting. While the planning part is sorrowful, she put me at ease to get through it and I felt there was clear plan leaving that intial meeting. She was truly a blessing to work with during this difficult time. Communications throughout the entire process were outstanding. When my father passed away unexpectedly, I was next of kin & had to deal with the arrangements. I honestly do not think anyone could have done a better job than Cannon & Catavolos. In my first initial conversation with Lindsey, I could barely speak. I was crying harder than I ever thought possible. Lindsey walked me through everything. She is such a kind & loving person & that shows through her work. I shared my thoughts on what I'd like for the service, and she delivered. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Lindsey was a true blessing when I needed one the most. I am forever grateful for her & her team.
