They did the underground plumbing on our church addition in Ottawa, OH. Both their office crew and field staff were excellent to work with and they did a stellar job. Highly recommend.

Timely, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and tidy. Asked if I had any questions about the work completed, or how the thermostat works. This is the 3rd time we have used Basinger, no plans to change.

Ryan worked with my elderly dad who is a bit on the slower side and was taken advantage of by another company who was trying to get him to replace the air and furnace and spend money he didn't need to spend, ryan came and was able to order a part for him and basically save my father thousands of dollars he didn't need to spend we are so grateful for experience and compassion especially dealing with someone who is a little on the slower side our family thanks you Ryan for taking the time with our dad !!!
