“Jeanne is an absolute delight to work-with. She is professional, attentive to detail, helps with planning to make process go easier, and you feel she works very hard to give you the best service possible.
Her price seems very reasonable, especially when you know she puts in a lot of work behind the scenes to be fully prepared for my unique issues (creating spread sheets for crypto when my cost basis was erroneously set as $0, paying taxes in 3 states, new rentals, solar credits, creating and eliminating businesses, etc). My taxes are complicated but she always seems happy to learn new things to help you the most she can.
She is strict with making sure you have the correct documentation and paperwork to support things - but that is a good thing because then I know I am being complete. She doesn't leave anything to chance.
