I had to renew my DOT card and wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had at SCT Medical Clinic in Painesville today. The staff were extremely friendly and the process went very smoothly. The doctor there had nothing but praise for my employer Laketran and the employees he has dealt with and really commended Laketran for what we do as drivers for the community. I would highly recommend SCT!

Michelle is extremely personable and very professional. Tom PA-C is very personable and professional as well. They make every appointment as speedy as possible with being as thorough as possible. Highly recommend. This facility is also an urgent care.

The staff at SCT are all welcoming and patient people. I just came here for a simple pre-employment physical and was pleasantly surprised. Michelle was very easy-going and down to earth, and Dr. Tom Wulff was the friendliest, most enthusiastic doctor I have ever had. There is just a warmth about him. They both made the whole process comfortable and simple, and were very personable. I wish I had had such kindly and knowledgeable people in the past when I needed help. They will happily answer any questions and give advice even if you may not need their services, making sure you know what to ask and look for if you end up going somewhere else. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
