They treated my Marley like their own up until his last day here with me and my family! “I am a first time pet owner(rescue) and this is our first vet appointment. The first vet I called the woman on the phone was cold, sounded irritated that I had questions, and completely lacked empathy in regards to my concerns of my high anxiety rescue kitty. Then I called Animal Clinic of Chardon(strongly recommended by my sister who is a veterinary assistant at an ICU) and let me tell you the two ladies I spoke with were the kindest, sweetest, reassuring professionals. They are fear free certified and Kim walked me through the process. She gave me recommendations on carriers and some tips as well. My anxiousness about bringing kitty to the vets has went from a 15 to about a 3. I know I haven’t even taken her in yet but I feel this experience deserves a 5 star review! I just have a gut feeling that my Bubbles is going to be in great hands ❤️“
“I recently started taking my puppy here for daycare. I had been at another daycare, but I did not like how they treated small dogs. At Inn the Doghouse, they don't look necessarily at size, but more on activity level, if that works with the owner. My Yorkipoo loves all size dogs and enjoys running around and playing, so this is the perfect place for us. Everyone is very friendly and there always seems to be plenty of staff with all the dogs. I have yet to try boarding, but I feel it would be a great option if needed. You have a trial day, so I would definitely check this place out. It's a great way to ensure your dog learns to socialize with other dogs. ?“
