My kids love ATA. They were patient with my son who has high anxiety and my daughter decided to join after seeing how much fun my son had. Both are black belts and have encouraged friends to join too!
Excellent experience with Mentor ATA! My son thoroughly enjoys class, learning discipline, focus and control. All of the instructors there are wonderful with him and the classes are very interactive. Very fair pricing considering you can go up to 8 times a month!
It’s a great whole body workout for kids, teens, and adults that builds strength, flexibility, and confidence. I’m not a gym person; I don’t like the monotony. But martial arts training at this facility is varied and keeps me engaged learning practical self-defense skills while helping to keep me in shape as I grow older.
