The studio is great and they do great pictures. I absolutely hate the fact you have to buy packages. If I only want 1 8x10 and 2 5x7s I should be able to get only that. It's crazy to me that they make you buy packages.

Tracey is great and so easy to work with! If you happen to not like something he goes above and beyond to make it right but usually it is spot on.
