The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I’d often stop in to inquire about my cat way before I ever had my first appointment. They’re always willing to answer any questions and seem to be very knowledgable. The waiting area and rooms are clean and tidy and never have that “wet dog” smell that some places do. There are hooks to secure leashes between every other seat, and there’s plenty of open space in the waiting area to sequester your pet if you need to. The veterinarian I met with was very kind and gentle with my little buddy, and they answered all my questions. This is an outstanding animal clinic. My two-year old cat, Loki, recently had to be hospitalized for over a week. During that whole time, I felt at ease leaving him in their care and knew that the whole staff would take great care of them. They are an incredible clinic that truly takes care of your animal like it is your own. Everyone on staff was more than happy to answer all of my questions and were terrifically helpful. Roman and Kate constantly updated me on the how Loki was doing, and did not mind me calling twice a day to check up on him. The absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a vet. The staff are so kind and caring, and everyone treats my dog Jimmy like a superstar. Dr. Molly always explains whatever is going on in a way I can understand, and I always feel like Jimmy is getting the best care possible.Also, yes, veterinary care is expensive. But, ACC always gives a clear description of cost *before* they do something, has very reasonable examination fees, and NEVER makes you pay more than you have to.
