Terrible to get a hold of! I got a message that stated all lines were busy and that I should call back. They actually tell you not to leave a message because they don’t check their voicemail. I called back repeatedly, but got the same result. Who has time for this when you have a sick pet? I found this very unprofessional and, frankly, more than a little callous considering that the individual calling them is already dealing with a stressful situation in all likelihood. I’m not taking my pet to someone who isn’t really there for me from the get go. I love my vet! They take great care of my pups! The 4 Vets they have on staff are the best around. They get you in quick with little to no wait. If you're looking for a new practice, I highly recommend Ottawa Vet Clinic!

This is a family full of big hearts. I've been so grateful for their exceptional service over nearly 19 years of my cat's life. Their sister location in Bluffton is also exceptional.
