Unfortunately today had to put my 12yr old great dane down. These people was absolutely amazing comforting from the time I walked in with her and all the way thru the process. My heart was breaking in a million pieces.. the doctor who did the final was absolutely a angel, she sat in the end an and listened to me cry and tell her how great my girl was. I usually have a great experience with both the Bluffton and Ottawa locations however, this past visit was a tad different when having Dr. Baldridge as our doctor, instead of being understanding or showing any sympathy he seemed to have judged me at the beginning of the visit and when he found out what the issue was, the first thing he said when opening the door was “yeah, we have a problem” instead of just explaining what was going on, he also spoke/asked questions mostly to my boyfriend when my boyfriend was not the one that had answers, thankfully he informed us that we needed to go to the Emergency Vet in Lima where Doctor Cramer eased my nerves and was able to...read full review
Wonderful people. Vets are awesome, their techs are awesome. The reception staff are awesome. I've had bad experiences with vets closer to me. This crew of people are WELL worth the 30 minute drive
