This is not the first time we have used Pat for a home inspection. As always he provides second to none customer service. He goes into great detail about the inspection process, and ensures that you as the buyer are well equipped with the existing conditions of the home so you can make informed decisions about your home purchase. Pat was amazing! I had just gone into contract on my first house. The seller had provided a semi-recent inspection with some concerning marks, however, after Pat came by there was much more brought to light. Pats thoroughness saved me from purchasing a home that would have needed thousands and thousands of dollars worth of repairs that were not told to me previously. I will use Pat again.
