I had stumbled upon Betty's accidentally, looking for a Nature's Sunshine product that was out of stock most other places. Not only did they have it in stock, but they kept the regular price (unlike Amazon that had doubled its price because of low stock). I accidentally selected store pickup instead of shipping (I live 2 hrs away) and they reached out to me to double check if I wanted it shipped when they saw my address. Usually I would have to be the one to call and ask, and even then might have to get through an automated system and a few people.
