My favorite gym in the area. Tons of equipment for any type of workout, still expanding, always trying to improve the selection. Thad is a great guy and very helpful. I have hired him as a personal trainer after my son's concussion and with me currently. I love that it is 24 hours and always clean.
All the locals know Thad and his gym. They aren’t exaggerating. Place is clean, safe, and fully equipped. Not just a bunch of power lifters. Although if that’s you, you won’t be disappointed. I’ve got two kids that play/played HighSchool football and they both love lifting there. Its also affordable, great value. It’s also run by a man I’ve known since Jr. HighSchool, great to see the amazing business he’s created in our little old home town.
Best place in town! Always updating equipment and adding merchandise to suit gym goers needs. Very friendly staff and none of the people that work out make you feel uncomfortable. The best gym and gym atmosphere I have ever been to.
