Our son has a disability which requires 24/7 care. Yesterday we noticed the air conditioning in his condo was not working. We had just purchased the unit and with the purchase a home warranty. I contacted the warranty company and they gave me a few names of vendors it uses. The first two had bad reviews, but Aire Serv of NE Ohio had excellent ones. And now, I know why.
I called and left a message. Not long after Mike returned my call. He was unable to help us directly, but worked his magic and got a hold of another tech ( Julius) who was on his day off. Julius was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way during the process of maintaining the AC. I was prepaid through this appointment. Julius is a good guy who knows what he is doing. I wish him well.
