Thank you to Ryan and his incredible team! I don't even know where to start! Ryan was a lifesaver for my large rehab project. He went above and beyond every single step of the way. Due to the state of the building we were renovating, the project ended up taking three times as long as expected and actually resulted in us having to gut every square inch of our commercial building, built in the mid 1800s. Ryan was willing to take it on when two other contractors had turned it down. I received one quote that was literally double what the project ended up costing me in the end. I also saved about $9k because I didn't hire and engineer/architect but with Ryan's guidance, I was able to finish a commercial project, bringing a 160+ year old building up to restaurant code. He was so patient with me and I cannot have done it with out him! This was not a small job and I had never done anything like it but Ryan made me feel at ease. I trusted everything he said. I gladly heard all of his recommendations. He would bring solutions that saved us a lot of money. He'd ask questions that reassured me he had our best interest at heart. He would call me almost every morning just to touch base and not many contractors do that! I'm extremely grateful that Rj Homes & Remodeling was recommended to me. Our cafe turned out beautiful and I'm so happy! I couldn't recommend RJ Homes more!

Wow! We hired Ryan and his guys to finally build our dream kitchen that we’ve planned for many years. Ryan came in and took the project up a couple notches. His crew was clean, professional and very meticulous in their craft. We feel very lucky to find Ryan to complete our project and will definitely hire him again for any other projects we do. 👍🏻
