Kyle did a great job. He addressed my bee sting with a steroid shot as well as a 5-day prednisone pills and a steroid ointment that almost made my redness disappear in 1-day. Thank You
Very friendly, NP listened to all my needs , she was very pleasant and through. She explained everything very well and easy for me to understand. I didn't feel rushed. I was glad to get right in and out without any issues.
This was my first time receiving urgent care at this Promedica facility (urgent care). I was warmly greeted upon walking into the facility and after completing the necessary paperwork I was checked in within 15 minutes. Total time in this facility was less than 45 which in my opinion is fantastic urgent medical care. The nurse and the CNP that cared for me were not only friendly and professional they also treated me with care and compassion for the health issue I was seeking treatment for. I would definitely recommend this Promedica Urgent Care facility to others and If I require any urgent care needs in the future I will return here. Thank you!
