I just started seeing them yesterday, all staff are amazing! Doctor Heather actually listens to my concerns. Even when I freaked out over test results today, I called and they calmed me down, amazing people, I now feel I can trust doctors again!

NP's are VERY unprofessional when it comes to following up on test results or xray/scans when they actually remember to order them. Getting answers to a question is out of the question because they barely respond. I went back to my regular doctor because no one has time to wait for them to make time. Other staff members are very nice.

I can't say enough about the great care I have received at Hawkins Medical Center. The facility is modern and clean and the staff and doctors have always been friendly and caring and put me right at ease.

We are a Third Street Family Health Services campus. Third Street is a network of non-profit community health centers in northcentral Ohio. Third Street provides behavioral health, community health worker, dental, medical, medication-assisted treatment, OB/GYN, pediatric, pharmacy, and podiatry services. Our network includes 9th Street Dental, Ashland Health & Wellness Center, Bucyrus Health & Wellness Center, Community Health Workers & Health Information Management, Cornerstone OB/GYN, Five Points Primary Care, Malabar Care Connect, Mansfield Family Health, Third Street Family Health Services, Third Street Family Health Services Pharmacy, Hawkins Medical Center, and Shelby Health & Wellness Center.
