Alan and James, did a great job at cleaning our chimney. They were extremely informative of the process and helped me understand how to use my chimney. First time owner of a wood burning chimney. I will be using them again in the future.

I called Columbia Chimney about issues with an old chimney. He provided advice based on my situation and was honest about the complexity of the project. I did not end up proceeding but recommend calling for a true pro who prioritizes his customers' best interest.

I had 2 unwanted guests that wondered into my fireplace. I called Columbia Chimney and talked to Allen. He came over the next morning and freed the unwanted guests. He found that the chimney cap was miss the mesh to prohibite the guests from entering. He did his thing and all is well. No more unwanted guests. Thank you Allen
