Kenny Sizemore of Ohio Basement Authority came to my home this week for an annual inspection of my sump pump. I am very thankful for his excellent customer service and professionalism.

I’m very impressed with the crawlspace encapsulation that Ohio Basement Authority did for us today. The crew of Ahmed, Daniel, & Marcus answered all my questions, did outstanding work, completed the work ahead of schedule and left the work space place clean. Very friendly team. Extremely happy with our new crawlspace. Also kudos to Sara the project manager who quickly responded to all my calls and text messages. These guys know what they’re doing!

The guys did a very professional job with basement waterproofing and cleaned up afterwards. Until we get a rain, I won't be able to know if it worked. I will continue the review at that point.
