I recently used BK9 for my Rottweiler and had a fantastic experience. We had a last-minute vacation come up, and BK9 was able to accommodate us for boarding on short notice. I also took advantage of their grooming services, and I couldn't be happier! The facility was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire booking process was quick and easy. I’m so glad to have found a go-to spot for both boarding and grooming for my girl. I especially loved how easy it was to get a last-minute boarding appointment — it was a huge relief! Plus, after her grooming, my Rottie smelled amazing, and her coat was so shiny. Highly recommend!
I boarded my dogs over a holiday week and we have never boarded them before. We toured the facility prior to booking and everything was clean and the staff were informative. My pets came home healthy, free of fleas, and unharmed. They helped me to load the car on my way out which I very much appreciated. Having never boarded before, I absolutely overpacked things for them. I am leaving 4 stars because I was a little disappointed to find that only two of the treats I purchased were given to them over the course of a week. I sent several chews, treats, toys, and food toppers because my Aussie never eats when we are away. Everything I sent was returned back to me unopened...read full review
