Dr. Walsh has been a good dentist so far, but the receptionist "Deb" was SUPER condescending, as well as irritating, unwilling to listen, stubborn, and misinformed. Asked to speak with her manager, but only kept getting sent directly to someone's voicemail box. No one called back.

The nurses here are so kind! I love that people will try to help you if you do not have insurance, or until you get it. Sometimes there can be a wait for your appointment once you arrive. They are great with kids, and can typically get you in pretty quicly.

Best decision I made was to visit the oberlin office. Dr Patrick J Walsh, DDS was awesome. Best Denist I’ve been to in years and I highly recommend him and his courteous staff. ??
