Took months before they filed my taxes for 2022 after they received all documents from me. I was charged penalty fees, lied to about my taxes and child tax credit. I ended up owing more than we should have and paid them over $900 to file our taxes. It took months before they replied to my emails on the status of my return. They finally got to my taxes after 3-4 months maybe even longer and rushed me to sign everything. Poor customer service. I would never recommend them or use them again. I will be amending my taxes. Do not use this company for your taxes. They are not worth it.

Very little to no communication from them. It is taking them over 6 months to do my taxes. Every time I try to check on the status I am told they only have a few more things to do, it should only be 1-2 more weeks. They started to tell me that back in March!
