Brian came out to look at my parents pond which fell behind last year and due to life circumstances we were not able to get a net over it in time or clean out any algae and muck before winter. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. The quote was very reasonable to get the pond cleaned out and back up and running. At first a crew was not going to be able to get to the pond until June sometime but on a cold and rainy Saturday in May, they had a crew willing to come out. They did an absolutely fantastic job. I couldn't believe the transition from early morning and the afternoon to when they were filling the pond. The pond is 25 years old and they were able to maintain the existing feel the pond has without it looking like it was brand new when they were done. Truly artisans of their craft. The crew doing the work was extremely courteous, professional, and informative. There were no unanswered questions and also we learned some new things to take care of the pond moving forward. Their work ethic and integrity was apparent in their work and when talking with us. Thank you so much Pattie Group! We highly recommend you to anyone for their landscaping and hardscaping needs.
I wanted to wait until our project wrapped to write this review and see if the Pattie Group is truly worth the hype. Spoiler alert... they are. If you're looking for THE landscape and design company for you- stop looking. You have found them. From the first meeting, we knew we were in the best of hands. No detail of how we use our yard and home were overlooked in the plans the team drew up- right down to my favorite colors in the florals they chose. WHAT, HOW?! And then (my husband's favorite part IYKYK), it was perfectly within the budget we had established. Give me a pen, where do I sign? Then the team came for removal and planting. Each and every day- they were on time, courteous & (gasp!) even left the driveway squeaky clean. I think the most impressive piece of the project was that when the supervisors and management came to oversee, they too, had pruners in hand. I will add images to this review when we are in full bloom this spring. But until then, this new yard actually makes it look like a new home. And we are forever grateful to have found and chosen the Pattie Group. 10 out of 10 every step of the way.
