I lost my heat last night, it was Friday night around 7:00. I am so grateful to Blake for coming out and fixing my furnace in this bitter cold. I felt bad for getting him out in such bad weather but he reassured me that this was his job. Thanks again Norwalk Heating and Cooling. I don't know what would have happened if I had to wait until Monday- probably some burst pipes!
