ProPrecise came to my rescue at the very end of a property purchase. The underwriters requested a last minute inspection and if I didn’t find a company that could do the inspection and write the report and get it back to the underwriter within 48 hours it was going to delay the closing. Not only did ProPrecise fit me in last minute, their inspector came after a long day of inspections on her way home. At 7pm!
