Went in for an overdue haircut. Normally, I go to Fairlawn as it is closer to me, but their weekend business hours didn’t line up with my schedule so I decided to Norton instead. Katie cut my hair and was very friendly and professional throughout my experience. I shared during my haircut that I was having some difficulties with styling and keeping my hair when I like it. She made some recommendations of hair products, one in which I decided to try out. Also happened to come in on a weekend they had everything on sale for half off, which made my visit that much better. The gal who cut my hair was an artist. Her moves were quick and smooth and used scissors that appeared to be from the future! She was kind to me . Thanked me and asked for my business again.Online check- in truly meant no wait. The price was fair and I tipped well. They were all worth my business and more. I shall return!David
