Called on Saturday regarding a broken spring. Call back from Davis first thing Monday AM to let me know they have a 12-4 window for the same day. Tech called in advance, arrived at 1pm, done in 45"! Friendly, professional. (and Chris was patient, as I usually ask technical questions out of pure curiosity, which he answered happily). PS: please make sure the "man-door" is clear and easy to access for them to make everyone's life easier, and speed up the process).

Davis Door was excellent! They were actually interested in solving my problem rather than trying to upsell me on parts I didn't even need like the first company I got a quote from did. Will definitely use them again!!!

In the last month and a half, I have had to call Davis Door twice for 2 different problems with my shop doors. Being a 2 Bay shop, when 1 door is broke, it puts a hurting on getting repairs done. Both times i have called, they came out ASAP for me to keeps us running. Thank you for all you do for me. It is the reason I have used you for over 20 years.
