Premier Vision Group is an excellent optometrist practice. Dr. Jacoby is an excellent, thorough doctor who takes time to explain everything. The staff is very professional, friendly, and amazing. They are personable and provide excellent customer support, with great advice about frame choices. The office has a great selection of stylish and functional frames. Patients describe a wonderful experience with no pressure to pick high-priced glasses. The staff is patient, kind, and understanding, especially for those learning to use contacts. Doctors and staff listen to all vision needs and are easy to work with. This group cares about their clients. For over thirty years, patients recommend this practice above all others in the Toledo area. It is definitely worth it.
Dr. Jacoby is an excellent doctor. He is very thorough and takes his time to explain everything and answer all of your questions. His staff is very professional and friendly. They are very personable and have great advice about frame choices. Speaking of frame choices, they have a great selection of stylish frames that are also very functional. It is very easy to see their selection. I'm glad that I chose this practice for my eye care needs, will definitely go back and will HIGHLY recommend this group to anyone and everyone looking for an eye doctor and eye glass provider. Definitely worth it.
Dr jacoby and the staff was so professional the doctor took me through all the test i needed To help me see he was very patient with me The staff greeted me and went through all the best options for the glasses That look good on my face I was very involved. It was no pressure To pick High Price glasses In my 50 years, this was my best experience because it was no pressure
I don’t think I have enough space to type out how great this place is. Dr. Jacoby and his staff are AMAZING! Especially Stacey! I had to come back to the office twice because I had trouble getting comfortable with contacts for the first time. Stacey was so patient and understanding. She cheered me along the entire time and I cannot stress enough was SO patient with me. It took me 2 hours to put on and off contacts… embarrassing I know! But they didn’t make me feel that way! Dr. Jacoby and Stacey reassured me that contacts take getting used to and that I could do it. I left there feeling so proud of myself and so beyond thankful to have an eye office so understanding...read full review
