My family member has memory and speech problems. He was having a problem with his leather belt coming apart. It has a unique cat's eye buckle that he has worn for years on his belts. He thought perhaps the buckle was missing a part. It was hard for him to explain what was going on with it. I found this shop through research online, and was very pleased at the assistance we received to resolve the belt problem! The owner was patient, kind and funny, and was attentive to helping my family member figure out what exactly was wrong while also treating him with dignity. I have a nice leather belt that lost a piece of hardware. I didn't want to abandon it to get a new one. Thankfully, I was able to get it repaired quickly and affordably, I was very happy.

Exceptional customer service and quality work. I brought in an expensive pair of boots that were shipped to me with a scuff on them that the company would not take back. Together Leather fixed the scratch and the boot looks brand new! And they did in two days, so I could still give as a gift. 10/10 recommend!
